Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in its original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Refunds are only applicable if the item is incorrect or damaged. We do not accept returns for items that are simply unwanted or have been opened and used.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at support@peptidesnow.shop. Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
