Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Order Cut-off Time
For same-day processing, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM PST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times
- Domestic Shipping (United States): Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after your order has been processed.
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that international delivery times can vary due to customs procedures and local postal services.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email. You can use this number to track your order's journey to your doorstep.
International Shipping, Customs, and Duties
PeptidesNow ships worldwide. For all international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
